Law Practice

Nicole Kim is a land use, environmental, and real property law attorney, with experience in both domestic and international legal matters. Her practice includes litigation in both state and federal courts, as well as providing strategic counsel on issues related to the California Environmental Quality Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, real property, and administrative law.

Prior to joining Briscoe Ivester & Bazel, Ms. Kim gained international legal experience through her internship at the Council of Europe Venice Commission in France and through her work with property law firms and in-house legal teams in South Korea. She earned an LL.M. from Regent University and graduated cum laude from Handong International Law School in South Korea. During law school, Ms. Kim served as the editor-in-chief of the school newspaper and participated in the VIS East Moot, where she received an honorable mention for Best Written Memorandum for Respondent.
