Law Practice

Melina Rezaei is a transactional and litigation attorney serving community associations. Her practice focuses on representing community associations in all aspects of civil litigation and providing strategic counsel on real estate and land use matters. She is experienced in reviewing and interpreting governing documents and contracts, as well as advising clients on compliance with state regulations.

Ms. Rezaei began her legal career as a law clerk before joining the firm as an associate. She earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor for the Berkeley Journal of International Law from 2021 to 2023. During law school, she gained valuable experience as an intern with the American Bar Association’s Immigration Justice Project, representing asylum seekers, and as a law clerk at Donahue Fitzgerald LLP, where she worked on both corporate and litigation matters.
