Law Practice

Max Rollens is an associate with our firm.  His practice focuses on land use and environmental matters, including permitting and regulatory compliance, environmental litigation, and enforcement defense.

Max earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2015.  While at Berkeley, he served as a Senior Articles Editor on the Berkeley Journal of International Law, and received a Certificate of Specialization in Environmental Law.  Max received his Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management and Ecology from Humboldt State University in 2010.  Before law school, Max spent two years as an environmental consultant.
